(1) Whenever any animal in charge orany person dies, the person in charge thereof shall, within tweniy-four hours, either— (a) convey the carcass to a place provided or appointed for this purpose under this Acl for [lie final disposal of carcasses or dead animals, or (b) give noiice ol' lhe death lo the Municipal Commissioner whereupon he shall cause lhe carcass io be disposed or. (2) In respeel or the disposal of lhe carcass of a dead animal under clause (b) of sub-seciion (1), the Municipal Commissioner may charge such fees as may be determined by the Corporation by regulations.
