(1) The Municipal Commissioner may, pending acquisition of a heritage building by Lhe Corporalion under this Act and wiih ihe approval of the Mayor-in-Council, propose to lhe owner of such heritage building io enter into an agreement wiih lhe Corporation for a specified period for the maintenance or such heritage building.
