(I) The Municipal Secretary shall be the Secretary to Lhc Corporation and lhe Municipal Accounts Committee, and shall exercise such powers, and discharge such functions as are conferred on him by or under this Acl or as may be assigned to him by the Municipal Commissioner. (2) The Municipal Secretary shall be responsible for the custody of all papers and documents connected with the proceedings of the Corporation, and Lhe Municipal Accounts Committee, and shall preserve lhe same in such manner and for such period as may be determined by regulations.
