(1) The Municipal Commissioner may, subject to prior approval of the Mayor-in-Council, give public noiice of his intention to declare that in any area specified in liie notice, no person shall use any premises for any purpose specified in such notice and Tor reasons stated therein, (2) Objeciions to any such notice shall be received wilhin a period of one month from the publication of the notice.
