(7) Where an appeal is preferred under sub-seciion (6), ilie Municipal Building Tribunal may slay the enforcement of lhe order on .such lerms, if any, and for such period as il may think fit: Provided thai the fine levied under sub-section (4) shall noi be waived. (S) Save a.s otherwise provided in this section, no court shall entertain any suit, application or oilier proceeding for injunction or other relief againsi the Municipal Commissioner to restrain him from taking any action or making any order in pursuance of llic provisions of this seclion. (9) Every order made by lhe Municipal Building Tribunal on appeal and subjeel to such order, lhe order of the Municipal Commissioner under sub-section (5) shall be final and conclusive. (10) Where no appeal has been preferred against an order made under sub-scclion (5) or where an order under Lhal sub-section has been confirmed oil appeal, whether with or wilhoul modification, lhe person against whom such order has been made shall comply with lhe same within the period .specified therein, or, as lhe case may be, wilhin ihc period, if any, fixed by the Municipal BuildingTribunal on appeal, and on lhe failure of such person lo comply wilh such order wilhin such 794 The Kolkaia Municipal Corporation Act, 1980. Act period, lhe Municipal Commissioner may require any police officer or any employee of the Corporation lo seal up such area after evicting all persons therefrom to prevent its further unauthorized use.
