Anything caused io be removed by the Municipal Commissioner under this Chapter shall, unless the owner thereof lurns up to take back such thing and pays to Lhe Municipal Commissioner the charges for ihe removal and storage of such thing within such period as the Municipal Commissioner may specify, be disposed of by the Municipal Commissioner within seven days of lhe expiry of such period by public auction or in such other manner as he thinks fit, and the proceeds thereof shall be credilcd io ilie MuniHnnl Fund [Wcsl Ben. (1) The Siaie Government shall by notification constitute an Advisory Committee for naming of streets in '[Kolkata], The Advisory Committee shall consist of such number or persons, not exceeding ton but nol less than seven, as the State Government may think fit. (2) The members of the Advisory Committee shall he choscn from amongst historians or persons with high cultural background and shall hold office for such period and oil such terms as may be Sfjecified in the notification. (3) The Advisory Committee shall examine every proposal for determining the name ol' any street or public placc vested in the Corporation or for changing sueh name in such manner as il thinks fit and shall forward its recommendations to the Corporation. (4) The Slate Governmeni shall prescribe matters regarding the conduct of business of the Advisory Committee.
