(1) Compensation shall be paid by Lhe Corporaiion lo the owner Lompcn- l 11 - I C 1_I- 1 tanon lo bl ot any building or land acquired lor a public slreel, square, park or paid, garden under lhe provisions of lhis Chapier: Provided lhal any increase or decrease in lhe value of the remainder or [lie propeny, of which lhe building or lhe land so acquired formed pan, likely to accrue from lhe selling back lo lhe regular line of a public street, shall be taken into consideration in determining the amount of such compensation. (2) If any additional land, which will be included in the premises of any person permitted or required by an order under sub-section (2) of section 360 to set forward a building lo lhe regular line of a public street, belongs lo llic Corporation, such order shall be a sufficient conveyance io the owner of such land; and the price Lo be paid to the Corporation by lhe owner for such additional laud and lhe other terms and conditions of ihc convcyancc shall be set forth in such order. (3) The CorporaLion shall pay compensation in respect of land or building acquired under this Chapier at the following scale:— (i) for land or building with annual ..
