The Mayor-in-Council may cause the solid wastes to be disposed of at such place or places within or outside '[KolkalaJ and in such manner as il considers suitable; Provided that no place, which has not been before lhe commencement of this Act used for the purpose specified in this seclion, shall be used except in conformity wilh the provisions of the West Bengal Town and Country (Planning and Development) Act, 1979 and without the approval of lhe Corporation; Provided further that the solid wastes shall not be finally disposed of in any manner in which lhe same have not hcreLobelbrc been so disposed of without the sanction of the Corporaiion or in any manner which the State Government may think fil lo disallow. 326, All matters deposited in public receptacles, depols and places provided or appointed by the Corporation and all solid wastes collected shall be lhe properly of the Corporation.
