(1) The Corporaiion shall provide or appoint in proper and convenient situations public receptacles, depots and places for the temporary deposit of— (a) rubbish; (b) offensive mailer; (c) trade refuse; (d) carcasses of dead animals; (e) cxcrementitious and polluted matter. (2) Different receptacles, depots or places may be provided or appointed for the temporary deposit of any of the matters specified in sub-section (l).
