All building plans submitted to the Municipal Commissioner for sanction shall conform lo such rules or regulations as may be framed in this behalf relating lo water supply, drainage, privy and urinal accommodation wiihin ihe premises and sewerage, and no building plan shall be sanctioned by lhe Municipal Commissioner unless the same so conforms.
