The Corporation shall provide a supply of unfillered waier— (a) in [hose parts of -[Kolkula] in which such water is provided at the commencement of this Act; and (b) in such other pans of J[KolkaiaJ as it may think fit: Provided that the Corporation may discontinue the supply of unfiltered water in any part of -[Kolkaia] where a supply, in sufficient quantity, of wholesome waler becomes available.
