(I) The Corporalion shall levy a surcharge on lhc transfer or immovable property siluaicd wiihin 'f Kolkaia], in lhe form of additional suunp duly, (2) The rale of lhc surcharge, and lhc manner of— (a) collection of surcharge, (b) payment of llie surcharge lo the Corporation, and tc) deduction of lhe expenses, if any. incurred by lhe State Government in course of collodion of the surcharge, shall be such as may be prescribed. "21013. (I) The Corporalion may levy a special conservancy charge on lhe commercial and industrial establishments for providing municipal services in connection wiih removal of solid wasles.
