(1) The Slate Government may make rules for the purpose of carrying inio effeci the provisions of ihis Chapter, (2) In particular and without prejudice lo lhe generality of the foregoing power, sueh rules may provide for all as or any of the following malLcrs:— (a) lhe manner and form in which the accounts of the Corporalion shall be kept under seciion 155; (b) lhe lime within which, and lhc manner in which, the mailer referred lo in the proviso io suh-scclion (I) of scction 162 shall be referred lo the State Government; (c) the publicaiion or lhc Auditors' report together wiih ihe report of the Municipal Accounls Committee under suh-scclion (3) nf seciion 163: - (d) the manner of serving certificate under sub-seciion (2) of seciion 164', (c) any other matter which may be or is required to be prescribed under lhc provisions of this Chapter. .
