(1) The Mayor-in-Council may constitute such number or Municipal Consultative Commiliees and for such periods as ii may deem fit. (2) Each such Committee shall consist of not more lhan five elected members of the Corporation and shall advise the Mayor-in-Council in the discharge of its functions. (3) ThemanneroflransaciionofbusincssofaMunicipal Consultative Commiliee shall be such as may be specified by the Mayor-in-Council,
