(1) ThcMunicipal Secretary shall forward lo the Slale Government of copy or the minutes or Lhe proceedings of each meeting of the Corporation and a Committee of the Corporaiion wilhin a period of ten days from the date on which the minutes of the proceedings of such meeiing are signed under seclion 108, (2) The Slate Government may in any case call for a copy or copies of any or all of the papers laid before the Corporaiion or any committee of Lhe Corporation and thereupon lhe Municipal Secretary shall forward lo lhe State Government a copy or copies of such paper or papers. (3) The Municipal Secretary shall forward to lhe Siale Govemmenl, a.s1 soon as may be after Lhe expiry of lhe period referred io in sub-seciion (1), a copy or the proceedings of lhe meetings of lhe Corporation and a committee of ibe Corporation.
