(1) No owner or occupier of any premises to which water is supplied by the Authority shall negligently or otherwise suffer such water to be wasted or shall suffer pipes, taps, works and fittings for the supply of water to remain out of repair so as *a cause wastage of water. (2) No person shall cause wastage of water by the misuse 01 public stand_posts, pipes, drinking fountains or hydrants.
