The taxes, fees and charges authorised to be imposed under this Act shall be sufficient to enable the Authority to -cover the following :— (i) operating expenses, (ii) maintenance, (iii) taxes payable by the Authority, (iv) depreciation, (v) interest payments, (vi) amounts required for the repayment of long-term (vi) adequae allocation to reserves. extent that such repayments shall exceed the provision for depreciation, and adequae allocation to reserves.
