There shall be a Fund for the Metropolitan Authority to which shall be credited— (a) such monies as may be paid to it by the State Government under the Taxes on Entry of Goods into Calcutta Metropolitan Area Act, 1970, (b) all monies borrowed by the Metropolitan Authority, (c) such other monies as may be paid to the Metropolitan Authority by the State Government or any other authority or agency.
