(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the State Government shall have powers to make rules for the purpose of duly carrying out the provisions of the Act. (2) Every rules made by the State Government under this Act shall, as soon as they are made, be laid down before the State Legislature while it is in session. Disqualification.
