Any person who having been directed by an order made and served on him under section 23,— (a) fails to remove himself from any area directed by such order, or (b) having removed himself from such area returns thereto in contravention of such order may be arrested without a warrant by any police officer, and— (i) may be removed in police custody outside such area, or (ii) on conviction before a . Magistrate shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with fine or with both. -
