(1) The Annual Statement of Accounts shall, after examination by the Executive Council, be subjected to such audit as the State Government may direct. (2) Such Annual Statement of Accounts shall, together with copies of the audit report thereon, be submitted to the Governing Board and to the State Government and shall thereupon be published by the Governing Board. 19 of 1925.
