(1) The Governing Board shall meet at least once in a quarter, other than for convocation, on such dates to be fixed by the Vice- Chancellor. One of such meetings shall be held before March and shall be called the Annual meeting. The Governing Board may also meet at such other times as it may decide. (2) One-third of the total number of members shall be a quorum for a meeting of the Governing Board. Such quorum shall not be required at the convocation. (3) The Vice-Chancellor may, whenever thinks fit, and shall upon a requisition in writing signed by not less than fifty percent of the total number of members of the Governing Board, convene a meeting of the Governing Board. A meeting on such requisition shall be held within fifteen days of the receipt of the requisition by the Vice- Chancellor.
