The State Government may in every year make such recurring and non-recurring grants to the University as the State Government Appointment of teachers, officers and other employees. (Chapter VIL—Univesity Funds, Annual Report and Accounts.— sections 36, 37.—Chapter VIM—Statutes and Regulations.— section 38.) may deem necessary for the proper functioning of the University and for carrying out its objectives as envisaged in this Act.
