(1) Where any property forming part of the undertaking has been transferred and vested under section 3,— (a) every person in whose possession, custody or control any such property may be, shall forthwith deliver possession thereof to the Board; (b) any person who, immediately before such transfer and vesting, has in his possession, custody or control any books, documents or other papers relating to the undertaking, shall be liable to account for the said books, documents and papers to the Board and shall deliver them to the Board or to such person or persons as the Board may authorise in this behalf. (2) Without prejudice to the other provisions of this section it shall be lawful for the Board to take all necessary steps for securing possession of all properties which have been transferred and vested under section 3.
