(1) The Berhampore Electric Supply Company Limited West Ben (Undertaking) Acquisition Ordinance, 1981, is hereby repealed. Ord. II 1981. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under this Act. 28
