(1) There shall be a Commissioner, a Joint Commissioner, a Deputy Commissioner and an Assistant Commissioner for reservation for the State and a District Commissioner for reservation for each district, for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this Act. (2) Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, every officer referred to under sub-section (1) shall be the same officer as provided for in the West Bengal Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Reservation of Vacancies in Services and Posts) Act,
