Where any notice, bill, order or requisition issued or made Notices, etc., under this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder requires to fix time. anything to be done for doing of which no time is fixed in this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder, such notice, bill, order or requisition shall specify a reasonable time for doing the same.
