(1) All rights over the sub-soil water resources in Asansol shall vest in the Corporation. (2) No person shall sink a tubewell in Asansol except with the prior permission of the Chief Executive Officer. (3) The Chief Executive Officer may grant such permission on such terms and conditions as may be determined by regulation.
