In calculating the space or area referred to above all the faces of the advertisement hoardings, ipards, etc., utilised for purposes of display shall be taken into account: Provided that in the case of a sky-sign, in addition to the above, the face surface of the supporting pillars or raised platforms, if any, below the actual displaying area shall also be taken nto account.
