From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there Issue of Rs. ,38,80, may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 1,C9 75,CCO ot of the 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate [inclusive of the sums Consolidated specified in column 3 of the Schedule to the West Bengal Appropriation Fund of West e B ngal (Vote-on-Account) Act, 1994] to the sum of rupees (ten thousand nine the year or or hundred thirty-eight crores eighty lakhs and seventy-five thousand) 1994-95. towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1995, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
