From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there Issue or may be paid and appplied sums not exceeding those specified in column Rs. • 81,87,96,22,CCO 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate [inclusive of the sums out of the specified in column 3 of the Schedule to the West Bengal Appropriation Consolidated (Vote on Account) (No. 2) Act, 1991] to the sum of rupees eight thousand Fund of West Bengal one hundred eighty-seven crores ninety-six lakhs and twenty-two for the year thousand towards defraying the several charges which will come in course 1991-92. of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1992; in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
