From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there Issue of s. may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 41.322,51 000 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate [inclusive of the sums out of the specified in column 3 of the Schedule to the West Bengal Appropriation Consolidated Fund of (Vote on Account) Act, 1988] to the sum of rupees forty-seven hundred West Bengal and ninety-three crores twenty-two lakhs and fifty-one thousand towards for the year 1988-89. defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1989, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
