From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there may Issue of Rs. be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the 442532, Schedule amounting in the aggregate [inclusive of the sums specified in 23,000 out column 3 of the Schedule to the West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on of the Consoli- Account) Act, 1987] to the sum of rupees forty-four hundred and twenty- dated Fund five crores ninety-two lakhs and twenty-three thousand towards defraying of West Bengal for the several charges which will come in course of payment during the year the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1988. in respect of the services and 1987-88. purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
