From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate [inclusive of the sums specified in column 3 of the Schedule to the West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on Account) Act, 1986] to the sum of rupees forty hundred and fifteen crores twenty-seven Iakhs and seventy-three thousand towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1987, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. Issue of Rs. 40,15,27,73,000 out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengalfor the year 1986-87.
