From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there may Issue of Rs. be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the 28,22,78,72,030 out of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate [inclusive of the sums specified in Consolidated column 3 of the Schedule to the West Bengal Appropriation (Vote on Fund of West Bengal for Account) Act, 1983] to the sum of rupees twenty-eight hundred and the year twenty-two crores seventy-eight lakhs and seventy-two thousand towards 1983-84. defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1984, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
