From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there Issue of Rs. may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 out l,l7,4f9 0t,hle2,665 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees one Consolidated Fund Ben g y fer W west hundred seventeen crores forty-nine lakhs twelve thousand six hundred and sixty-five towards defraying the several charges which will come in the year course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of 1975-76' March, 1976, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
