From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in. column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees sixty-nine crores, ten lakhs, seventy-nine thousand and nine hundred and forty- three towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty- first day of March, 1966, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule. Issue of Rupees 69,10,79,943 out of the Consoli- dated Fund of West Bengal for the year 1965-68.
