[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extraordinary, of the 29th March, 1961.] :29th March, 1961.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1961. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropria- tion of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the services and purposes of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1961; It is hereby enacted in the Twelfth Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows: -- I. This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation Short (No. 2) Act, 1961. titles Unseat Reims 12,06,1% 590 out of the Como dated Fund of West Bengal for the year 1960-61L Atisco- platoon
