[Passed by the West Bengal Legislature.] [Assent of the Governor was first published in the Calcutta Gazette, Extra- ordinary, of the 29th March, 1966.1 [29th March, 1956.] An, Act to cuuthorise payment and appropriation of certain further slums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the service of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1956. WHEREAS it is expedient to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the service of the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1956 ; It is hereby enacted in the Seventh Year of the Republic of India, by the Legislature of West Bengal, as follows :-
