The sums authorised for payment and appropriation from and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this Act shall be deemed to have been respectively appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in Schedules I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX and X in relation to the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1986, the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1987, the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1988, the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1989, the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1990, the year ending on the thirty- first day of March, 1991, the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1992, the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1993, the year ending on the thirty-first. day of March, 1994 and the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1995.
