From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal,— (1) sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of Schedule I amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees one hundred nineteen crores forty-seven lakhs thirty-six thousand six hundred and twenty-two, (2) sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of Schedule II amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees sixty-five crores eighty-nine lakhs eighty-six thousand eight hundred and seventeen, (3) sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of Schedule III amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees thirty- five crores twenty lakhs thirty-two thousand six hundred and ninety-eight, are authorised for payment and application towards defraying the several charges which are incurred during— (i) the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1983, (ii) the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1984, and (iii) the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1985, Issue of Rs. 1,19,47,36,622, Rs. 65,89,86,817 and Rs. 35,20,32,698 out of the Consoli- dated Fund of West Bengal respectively for the services and purposes of the year 1982-83, the year 1983-84 and the year 1984-85. 157 The West Bengal Appropriation (Excess Expenditure, 1982-83, 1983-84 and 1984-85) Act, 1993.
