The, sums authorised for payment and application from and out. of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal by this Act shall be deemed to have been respectively appro- priated for the services and purposes expressed in Schedules I and II in relation to the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1962 and the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1963, .
