Front and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengali— (1): sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of Schedule I amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees three crores, thirty-four lakhs, thirteen thousand, two hundred and ninety-six, and (2), sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of Schedule II amounting in the aggregate to the clum of rupees one crore, twenty-eight sixty thousand, nine hundred and fourteen, are authorised for payment and application towards defray- ing the several charges which were incurred during— the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 1960, and (ii) ,the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, • 1961; respectively, in respect of the services and purposes speci- fied in column 2 of each such Schedule and which were in excess of the amounts granted for the services and purposes of the respective year.
