From and out of the Cousolidated Fund of We.st Bengal, sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sura of rupees three crores, twenty lakhs, three thousand, six hundred and ninety, are authorized for payment and application towards defrajdng the several charges which were incurred during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March. 1952, in respect of the services specified in column 2 of the Schedule and were in excess of the amount granted for the services of that year.
