This Act may be called the West Bengal Appropriation Act, 2003. 2 THE KOLKATA GAZETTE, EXTRAORDINARY, MARCH 31, 2003 [PART III The West Bengal Appropriation Act, 2003. (Sections 2, 3.) lssu Rs. 4627,21,46,000 out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal for the year 2002-2003. Appropriation. 2.`From an the Copsolidated Fund of West. Bengal, there may be paid. and applied sum of exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees four thousand six hundred twenty-seven crores twenty-one lakh and forty-six thousand towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2003, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
