From and out of the Consolidated Fund of West Bengal there Issue of Rs. 308,10,63,602 may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 out of the of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of rupees three Consolidated Fund of thousand forty-eight crores ten lakhs sixty-three thousand six hundred Bengal for est and two towards defraying the several charges which will come in the year course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of 1998-99. March, 1999, in respect of the services and purposes specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
