(1) All instruments relating to the Declaration or any amendment instnunents thereto referred to in section 10 or the withdrawal of a property from the °Def claration provisions of this Act referred to in section 11 shall be deemed to be etc., instruments compulsorily registrable within the meaning of clause (b) of compulsorily 16 of 1908. sub-section (1) of section 17 of the Registration Act, 1908. registrable. (2) The withdrawal provided for in section 11 shall in no way bar the subsequent re-submission of the property to the provisions of this Act.
