(2) The First Statutes of the University shall be made by the Governing Board and shall be submitted to the State Government for approval. (3) The State Government shall consider the First Statutes as submitted by the University and shall give its approval thereon within two months from the date of its receipt and with such modifications if any, as it may deem necessary, for compliance.
