(1) All members of the Council shall be entitled to such travelling and other allowances as may be prescribed by regulations: Provided that the members of the Council who are State Government employees, shall not be entitled to receive such allowances. (2) No member shall be entitled to any payment other than the payment as specified in sub-section (1).
