  • S. 5Section 5 restores land to the original owner, vesting title free of later encumbrances and allowing the Collector to evict the current possessor if needed.

  • S. 7Section 7 restricts jurisdiction of High and Civil Courts in matters under this Act, except for revisions by District Judge.
